Consumer Agreement
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing this site, and pages thereof, and by using PRINTEDINCHINA LLC'S service you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below and any statement on all web pages of the PRINTEDINCHINA LLC website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access this site, or any pages thereof, or utilize PRINTEDINCHINA LLC services and information.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. PRINTEDINCHINA LLC may return or deny a project at time of submission if copy, artwork or electronic files that do not conform to the information on which the original quotation was based.
Project quotes are valid for 30 days. If the project deviates from the original specification PRINTEDINCHINA LLC reserves the right to review and modify the quote once final order specifications are confirmed.
Liability and Warranty Disclaimer:
PRINTEDINCHINA LLC warrants the work is as described in the agreed upon order. The client understands that all copy, proofs and preparatory work shown to the client is intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work.
PRINTEDINCHINA LLC warrants only that the work will conform to the description contained in the agreed upon order. PRINTEDINCHINA LLC?s maximum liability whether by negligence, contract or otherwise, will not exceed the amount specified in the order. Under no circumstances will PRINTEDINCHINA LLC be liable for consequential damages.
Alterations/Corrections
Guidelines and specifications for submitting artwork are located on PRINTEDINCHINA LLC's web site. First two proofs from artwork submitted to guidelines, no charge. Customers may make corrections to the supplies proof themselves and resubmit the files. If after two (2) proofs additional changes are requested by the client in the art and/or text submitted by the client, an additional $15.00 per proof thereafter will be charged.
Color Proofing/Proof Approval
A computer generated color proof is used to simulate how the printed piece will look. Because of the differences in equipment, plastic color, ink and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. Certain ink colors can vary after some production processes. Exact PMS color matches cannot be guaranteed. When variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance and the proof becomes a contract between the client and PRINTEDINCHINA LLC. An electronic proof approval is required before work begins on any given project.
Printing Turn Around Time
Printing turn around time begins once your proof has been approved. For printing that also requires personalization, or other value added steps that require client files to be provided the turn around time begins when those files are complete and correct.
Over-runs and under-runs
Over-runs and under-runs will not exceed 10%. PRINTEDINCHINA LLC MAY NOT bill for actual quantity delivered within this tolerance. If the client requires a guaranteed quantity, that deviation from PRINTEDINCHINA LLC?s standard policy must be approved, and specified that the time of placing the order.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are possible but are subject to management approval and a 25% surcharge.
Credit Terms
Credit terms can be established with PRINTEDINCHINA LLC?s accounting department. Without an established account, PRINTEDINCHINA LLC may request advance payment via wire transfer, check, American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. If net 30 terms are extended and the payment is not made, the customer is responsible for any collection fees, including reasonable attorney?s fees incurred in obtaining full payment.
Sales Tax
PRINTEDINCHINA LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
